Sophia, who has five personalities, carries as many emotional scars as there are personalities. Exposing their heartbreaks, erasing the murderous personalities, and helping "Sophia" – is this a happy ending?

Dialogue with five personalities to find out the truth

While the murder of a presidential candidate is causing a stir in the world, Philip, a psychiatrist, receives a request from a detective he knows, Lindsey. This request is to interrogate Sophia, a suspect in the murder of a presidential candidate who is making a lot of noise.

The reason why Philip, who is not a police official, was called is because Sophia has multiple personalities. In the interrogation, Sophia confessed that "I was the one who killed," but she repeated the pointless remark, "But it's not 'me.'"

Lindsey tells Phillip that if he doesn't get any new evidence or statements, Sophia will be executed as the culprit in seven days. The player takes on the role of Philip, a psychiatrist, who interacts with Sophia and the others through a surveillance camera to find out the truth in a limited amount of time.

Philip is not a police officer and cannot go directly to the place where Sophia is being detained, so all he can do is talk. However, since she has five personalities, including her main character, Sophia, she is busy interrogating five people at the same time.

Sophia is a type of multiple personality who does not share memories, so her memories before and after the incident are choppy, and each personality remembers them differently.

As Philip enters the right keywords and speaks to each of the personalities, the obscure sequence of the day of the incident becomes clear.

There are many different reasons why people have multiple personalities, but in Sophia's case, the other personalities seem to function as a kind of defensive response. When she experiences painful experiences that her mind finds unbearable, she separates all the memories from herself and seals them as a new personality. As a result, four new personalities were born in Sophia. In other words, Sophia's mind is being eroded by four traumas.

All the other personalities understand that they are a later personality, that they exist to protect Sophia, that if they disappear, the trauma will pass on to Sophia, and as a result, Sophia will be broken, and at first they are uncooperative with Philip.

The reason why he is uncooperative is that he has been told that the personality named by Philip as the culprit will be erased by a method called "psychopurge".

Psychopurge is a drug (personality erasion) that is taken when a multiple personality commits a sin, so that only the personality disappears.

The four personalities make it a condition that if they can tell the trauma that led to their birth, they will talk about the incident on the premise that "if Philip can treat Sophia's mind even after he disappears."

In other words, if you want to get to the bottom of the case, you have to uncover the four traumas and gain their trust.

However, this is "impossible! Please!" But they don't wait. After a week, you will be told to choose a personality that you will mercilessly psychopurge (execute).

But don't worry. This game is designed to be played in circles. It's probably impossible to get to the truth at first sight. Maybe.

In this work, if you search for keywords and interact with Sophia and the others, a certain amount of time will pass. This time is losing pretty quickly, and there are a lot of things you want to ask the first time you play, so you'll almost certainly run out of time.

After 7 days have passed, the ending will be inherited, and the keyword MAPs, questions, and investigation files of each personality will be inherited, and a "new game" will be possible.

If you have already exposed the trauma of another person, you can skip the investigation scene by throwing a specific keyword. Suddenly, you can ask about the incident.

It's painful to erase a person's personality when you don't know much about it, but let's steadily get closer to the truth, believing that one day we will be able to save Sophia and the others.

Even if the same words are thrown at you, it can be a wound depending on the person receiving it, and the pain you feel is different for each person. Mental wear and tear is directly linked to physical ailments, and like Sophia, it can create a new personality to protect one's mind.

In addition to Sophia, Sophia has four other personalities: Olivia, Isabella, Florence, and Amy. Each time the trauma of these women is revealed, Sophia's horrific past is revealed, to the extent that it seems that the misfortunes of this world are gathering.

However, I feel like I'm being made to dance in the palm of the developer's hand when I prepare stills and dialogue from the glasses and sunglasses that the player will act on this kind of misunderstanding.

There are a lot of details like this throughout the film, and it makes you feel that this personality is not just there to seal the trauma, but also to live as a person. And that makes it difficult to choose "psychopurge (execution)" at the end.

After playing even one lap of the game, you won't feel like you're interacting with one suspect, you'll feel like you're interacting with five suspects.
